Apartment description

As a compliment, you will find a bottle of regional wine and a bottle of the purest Black Forest water in your apartment. A large selection of tea and aromatic coffee, fruit and sweets is also offered free of charge. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a family house. There is no elevator in the house, you have to go up a flight of stairs.

The apartment has a modern design, clean, very comfortable and bright. The apartment has underfloor heating, tiled and solid oak boards, high quality solid wood furniture, electric shutters! The windows are oriented on 4 sides to allow daylight throughout the day.
Our apartments are hypoallergenic, so smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the apartments.
The apartment is equipped for 6 adults + 2 extra beds for children from 3 to 18 years + 1 bed for babies up to 3 years.
There is a large smart TV and free high-speed WiFi.

For children

Children’s playground 1 minute walk from the apartment.

Living room

The living room has a comfortable leather sofa with a bed area of ​​140 x 200 cm, a coffee table and a large smart TV.

Bedroom

Two very cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom contains: a double bed made of solid wood with a comfortable height and a lying area of ​​180 x 200 cm, comfortable mattresses, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe with a mirrored door and a compact desk with a comfortable chair. For your convenience, the bedrooms have a central light switch and telephone sockets next to the bed.

Kitchen and dining area

The kitchen has a huge solid oak table with 6 chairs. There is a comfortable wooden high chair for a child from 6 months.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster + roll warmer, seasoning bar, pots and pans, casserole dish, chalets (salad bowls), cups and glasses, plates of various sizes, cutlery. Everything is at home!

Bathroom

The bathroom with window is tiled with modern tiles and equipped with high-quality fittings from Villeroy & Boch, a washing machine, a large mirror, a cupboard and a hairdryer. There is a stand for drying clothes and an ironing board with iron.

We stand for respect for the environment! We separate waste, use ecological materials and save energy (we do not iron bed linen and towels)!

Attention!

All parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment and must be kept quiet on weekdays from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and on Sundays from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM (as per local laws).

The apartment price does not include the tourist tax, which is €3.00 per person per day.

The final cleaning fee of €50.00 is also not included in the price.
